How do I use your service?
To work with OnlinePathway is quite simple. Please send your inquiry regarding the project you need us to do here and we will review it and provide qualified candidates to assist you to get the job done. We will be pleased to discuss with you how to accomplish your project by offering a few alternative solutions. After you agree with our solution and plan of action, we will ask you to sign a contract and submit the set-up fee payment by PayPal so that we can begin working on your project(s).

How long will you able to finish my project(s)?
Every client has different needs. Therefore, it will depend on how small or large your project is. Nonetheless, OnlinePathway will strive to finish sooner than what we have agreed on the contract.

Can I hire OnlinePathway for a project-based task?

How much is your service fee?
OnlinePathway practices two methods of payment depending on the project client’s preference:


  1. Project-based model or Fixed rate
    Our client can choose the project-based model or fixed rate if a project can be well estimated. Thus, it is important that clients give details of a project. OnlinePathway will then provide the most accurate price and delivery date by analyzing the project’s requirements and by anticipating risks or additional requirements occurrence after approving the budget.

  2. Monthly Budget (Monthly Payment)
    If a project is long-term and its requirements can vary during the implementation, the monthly budget is the best choice. This type of project usually requires more research, creative efforts and on-going dedicated virtual staff.

Do you have any terms to retain your service?

  • Client Agreement
    We request all clients to sign a client contract and confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement before the commencement of work. We will send the Terms and Conditions along with your quotation. We reserve the right to decline work for any client if we find the material to be illegal or offensive.

  • Projects
    OnlinePathway will always provide a project quotation whether it is a small or large project. We require an advance deposit of 50% of the estimated project fee. Upon completion of the project, we will issue an invoice with a detailed breakdown of expenditure, less the deposit. The invoice is due upon receipt. Full payment is due prior to release of work product(s).

  • Retainer Package
    OnlinePathway can offer a retainer package if you need support on a regular basis so that you can get the benefit of a discounted fixed rate per month. We will require you to pay a retainer fee in advance by the 15th day of the month prior to the month of service being paid for.

  • Payment Method
    OnlinePathway prefers to receive payments by credit card through PayPal. However, we will consider other payment methods based on individual case basis.

  • Method of Delivery
    OnlinePathway delivers work primarily via email or fax. If a client prefers to use CD or 1st class post, we will be able to do so (subject to an additional fee).

What is the minimum length of contract if I wish to hire OnlinePathway as a full-time employee?
To hire OnlinePathway as a full-time employee, we require you to hire OnlinePathway for a minimum of four months.

What are the methods of communication with OnlinePathway?
Your personal assistant can be reached by Email, Phone, Instant Messaging or Voice Mail.

Is information I pass to OnlinePathway kept safe and confidential?
Yes. All information you disclose to us will be kept strictly confidential and will remain the property of the client. OnlinePathway will not sell, transfer or use the information or work product to any party other than the client.

How do I monitor OnlinePathway’s accomplishment?
At the end of the day, OnlinePathway will submit a daily report regarding our accomplishments and tasks.
